This is a live auction conducted Nov. 2 & 3, 2007, at Kull Auction Pavilion, 210 SE 59th, Topeka KS 66619.

You can bid in the following ways:

PHONE BIDS - We can accept some phone bidders live during the auction. HOW WE HANDLE ABSENTEE BIDS:
Bid the maximum amount you are willing to bid on the item, and our staff will place the bid for you as if you were attending the auction and trying to bid as cheaply as possible, in competition with other absentee and live bidders. Remember that a 10% buyers premium (and shipping if applicable) will be added on to your final bid. If we have two or more absentee bids on an item, we may open the bidding at the lower of the two bids (since the higher absentee bidder will have to beat the 2nd absentee bidder to win the bid). We attempt not to open with a single absentee bid on an item. In the cases where we do, the opening bid will be no higher than the low end of the estimate.
NOTIFICATION OF ABSENTEE BIDDERS:
Kull Auction & Real Estate Co. contacts successful absentee bidders by phone, email or mail as soon as possible after the auction. PLEASE DO NOT CALL Mon. & Tues. immediately after the auction, as the phones will be closed for immediate bookkeeping and notification of successful bidders. Unsuccessful bidders will be notified as promptly as possible after the successful bidders have been notified.

* Credit card information must accompany your bid, even if you do not plan to charge your purchase.
* We cannot place illegible bids. The bidder is responsible for his errors in lot number, bid amount, transposition, or duplicate bids.

Kull Auction and Real Estate office will be closed November 5th & 6th to reconcile books and to notify successful bidders.
POLICIES ON THE ABSENTEE BID FORM:
1. Absentee bids are subject to all TERMS posted on ArmsBid.com Be sure you read and understand them.
2. By sending this form, you request and authorize us to bid on the lots listed on this form up to the stated bid price. An auction staff member will bid on your behalf, as if you were present and bidding and will try to buy for you at the lowest possible bid. To protect the integrity of the bidding process, it is our policy not to disclose the amount of an absentee bid to other potential bidders.
3. We assume no responsibility for failure to execute these bids for any reason whatsoever.
4. If you are the successful bidder, your total price will be the gavel price Plus a 10% Buyers Premium, plus any applicable taxes.
Packing and shipping are available for an additional charge (see TERMS more info on shipping..
5. If you are a Federal Firearms Licensee, enclose your signed Dealer’s FFL or C&R FFL.
6. All items are sold as is where is. See TERMS.
7. Bid increments are at the auctioneer’s discretion. Odd absentee bid figures will be rounded down. (i.e. $127.34 is treated as $125)
8. We cannot place illegible bids. You are responsible for your errors on lot number, price, multiple bids, etc.
